PROFESSIONAL FEES

$500

In order to provide attentive, personalized health care, insurance is not accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service. Most major credit cards are accepted. Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts may also be used.

Follow-up Visits

Additional visit pricing will be based on time spent with the patient and the complexity of concerns.
Typically, follow-up visits are 30 minutes and are $250.00.

Labs and additional procedures

Professional fees shown above do not include labs, mammograms, gynecologic ultrasounds, or specimens sent to pathology. Patients may use insurance for these services.

Medicare

For patients with Medicare, a waiver will need to be signed stating that neither Women’s Wellness and Sexual Health nor you will bill Medicare for services rendered.

Insurance reimbursement

For those with insurance, invoices can be provided for reimbursement but payment is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Women’s Wellness & Sexual Health kindly requests 24 hours’ notice for all cancelations. If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled visit, the credit card on file will be charged the total amount. Please call (843) 940-7030 to cancel your appointment.
